it's tough to take its measure. when i was little i never understood why people slept at all. night was everything. at home i would have on Turner Classic Movies to watch some of the old black and white noir/romcom/historical pieces. Or i'd sit up too late texting too much on my prepaid phone. i'd crash bandicoot my way into a headache or kingdom hearts my way into a heartache. Sam's cola by my side or Arizona tea. my home or a friends. Lately i work and i'm tired and i'm thankful for all the days that i find myself up in the middle of the night, wide awake. although admittedly just what i should be doing at that hour is less obvious.
Everyday...... I look at the Moon, and is just beautiful and, I always be happy because the moon come up but when they're no moon come out I always look up the Stars and the stars are beautiful too.....do you agree everyone 🌌🌙🙂👍
Music like this puts me at ease. It's like medicine for my ears and it travels into my brain, informing my neurons to stop stressin, stop making those patterns that keep me from sleeping at night, please do move in the way that will set my mind at ease, and fire up in a positive way, in ways that give me the inspiration to write and speak, beautiful words to heal the people from their depression and anxiety.
